Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Scene Partner
2. Be in the killer's terror radius, it seems

Explanation

It seems the perk Scene Partner is bugged so that it triggers without you being in LoS of the Killer as long as you're in the terror radius. It could be coincidence and just strange timing, but more than a few times the perk triggered without me directly seeing the killer.
