Additional Notes & Comments:	I have tried taking several different perks and even the key with Blood Amber addon to no avail. This blocks me from my 100% achievement goal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as a survivor
2. Take perks to see the killer aura (Fogwise, Alert, Extrasensory Perception, Poised)
3. See the killer's aura 11+ times.

Explanation

The perk "Stranger Sightings" does not unlock on Steam despite unlock conditions met several times.
