Additional Notes & Comments:	As I said not 100% sure how it happened but my explanation is how I remember it going but I did not really pay attention if the portal was the cause just noticed them way later. In the picture you can see Jill having several hooks attached to her skin but standing normally and no chains on the hooks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play event mode against Cenobite
2. Let him start a Chain Hunt
3. Go through event portal
4. Maybe observe that you now have permanent hook piercings

Explanation

Cenobite hooks got stuck on the survivor while playing in the event mode against him. Not 100% sure how it happened but most likely had something to do with using the portal as noticed them after I went through one after getting hit by killer started Chain Hunt. They were totally just cosmetic change it did not cause me to slow down and could play normally I just had these new piercings.
