Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Custom game.
2. Select Singularity as killer.
3. Add a survivor.
4. Launch match.
5. Have survivor drop a pallet and break it as singularity.
6. Place a bio pod and have it tag the survivor with temporal slipstream.
7. Have survivor stand by a pallet.
8. Trigger slipstream on survivor.
9. Pallet stun Singularity while in slipstream.
10. Observe Haste effect from Rampage fails to trigger.

Explanation

Rampage doesn't trigger haste effect when pallet stunned in slipstream as The Singularity. This is despite the fact it is described as a stun by a pallet in the description of The Singularity's addon "Foreign Plant Fibers."
