Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter the main building on Eyre of crows as The executioner
2. Walk up to the places in the videos added to the report
3. Charge the punishment of the d***ed attack
4. Release it

Explanation

The Executioner's punishment of the d***ed attack doesn't work on Eyrie of Crows main building top floor in some places, after charging and releasing nothing happens
