Bug: Post-trial interaction with Jason's spike causes unintended pinning
When trying to leave a trial there's a window where you can simultaneously leave the trial but also be hit by jasons spike, pinning you against the wall while you have already escaped the trial.

Pinned survivor to the exit as Jason, but the game counted it as an escape
