Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Legion
2. Equip Fuming Mix Tape
3. Have a Survivor bring a perk, or The Legion bring a perk, to block a Generator
4. Be in Feral Frenzy while the Generator is blocked
5. Once the Generator is unlocked and you are STILL in Frenzy observe the bug

Explanation

Feral Frenzy add-on Fuming Mix Tape does not automatically start regressing Generators that have been unblocked.

If a Generator is blocked when in Feral Frenzy, and the unblocks, it will not automatically start regressing again. You must either manually Kick the Generator, or end Feral Frenzy, and re-trigger it to start the auto-regress once more.

Fuming Mix Tape is supposed to auto-regress and stack no matter the condition.
