Subject: PS5 – Killer matchmaking always fails
Hello,
I am having an issue with Dead by Daylight on PS5.
Survivor matchmaking works normally, but every time I try to play as Killer, the game searches for about 1–2 minutes and then shows the error:
"Connection with host could not be established. Please try again."
I have already tried:
Reinstalling the game
Restarting my PS5
Changing the DNS settings
Enabling cross-play
Confirming my NAT Type is 2
Testing on a different internet connection (phone hotspot)
The problem only happens when I play as Killer. Survivor works normally.
Could you please check if there is any issue with my account or if there is another solution?
