I know the team fixed a bug where the crows weren't recognizing survivors in lockers/on gens last year. This has been prevalent since HoundMaster and got worse around Ghoul.

Steps to Reproduce
- Place Crow
- Survivor loops towards placed crow
- Fire M2 shot
- Survivor paths into the shot
Explanation
Artist M2 Power - Flight Path has chance not to damage survivor
Artists Flight Path is supposed to inflict damage when a survivor is on the flight path line (purple line that spawns from crow). 7m in length. 1m in width.
If the crows miss, it should trigger killer instinct. If the crows have an obstacle that is blocking it, the flight path is shortened to that point and will convert to a swarm. If the swarm misses trigger killer instinct.
Survivors who are directly on the flight path have about a 10% chance to escape damage and instead receive a swarm. It almost feels like the game thinks the survivor is the obstacle. Im unsure if its skin related or what but its extremely frequent. This also happens at longer range where shots seem to phase right through survivors for damage states.
