Steps to Reproduce

1. Mention that the issue is related to repairing a generator.
2. State that the issue happens more when repairing a generator with someone.
3. Explain that after the generator stops glitching, it doesn't fix even when repairing alone.
4. Note that the issue doesn't happen every game, just some.

Explanation

The perk “potential energy” is bugged such as not collecting the tokens after hitting a skill check, the visual effect when repairing a generator staying on the screen when your not using a perk, and not even registering that youve clicked the button to use the perk.
