Steps to Reproduce

Go to vault window near the stairs going up to the crashed heli on RPD.
Press control, shift, and spacebar at the same time to vault.
Should become stuck.

Explanation

RPD vault bug. I believe i pressed control (for me it was the side buttons to crouch), shift and space to vault at the same time and it caused my character to become stuck all game. Could not do anything but look around and open the option menu. I am not sure if you will be able to reproduce the same bug but I am just reporting so you guys are aware.
