Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Shoulder the Burden and a second perk requiring an unhook.
2. Use Shoulder the Burden.
3. Observe the second perk's activation.

Explanation

Shoulder the Burden now activates the unhooker's perks, notably We'll make it, Babysitter, and Borrowed Time, perhaps among others.

As far as I can tell, this was never the case prior to build 10.0.2. and was never documented as a change in any patch. Shoulder the Burden, as it was released, gave a hooked survivor second chance perks like Dead Hard and Off the Record, but never gave the unhooker's perks, like Babysitter, as it stood to reason that Shouldering was an action distinct from unhooking.

If this was changed intentionally, where was it documented?
