Steps to Reproduce
- surv use Plot twist down
- killer pick up this surv
- killer drop this surv
Explanation
When killer pick up survs that was down because of using Plot twist(跌宕剧情/Ueberaschende Wendung), and then drop them, they can recover themselves from the ground to injury state themselves (like using Unbreakble, not to full health)，and the one time limit of Plot Twist wont be consumed.
