I have no clue.
I reinstalled the game after accidentally uninstalling it the night before.

Explanation

Game is completely stuck. I can't go into games. Can't open the rift. Can't view tomes. The archive from Blood Banquet is still there. Everything is covering in loading icons. This was after fixing a bug where it had issues with initialization and was stuck on the launch screen.
