Actual Result:	The survivor's progress bar freezes and they are unable to finish or stop performing an action. Alternatively, the survivor can run around the map with all other players appearing to be frozen in place.
Expected Result:	The survivor can complete an action or stop doing it anytime. Alternatively, if the internet issue persists they should be disconnected from the match.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I started playing the game in May and only started getting those freezes around December. Now, they happen every 10 or so games. My internet provider has not changed but I went from having no connection issues to having them frequently.

Steps to Reproduce

Load into a match
Have your internect connection worsen due to random conditions
Attempt to interact with a generator/totem/chest

Explanation

While in a match as survivor the game freezes during an action, usually when I'm working on a generator. I'm stuck and the UI is stuck for me as well. Other players can continue to play as normal, but attempting to pick up a frozen survivor makes the killer unable to complete any action (hooking/putting the survivor on the ground). The action progress bar for the survivor freezes as well. It is game breaking for both the survivor and killer involved and the affected survivor can only disconnect to avoid breaking the game for other people.
