Steps to Reproduce

1. Be chased by Onryo with three stacks of condemned
2. Insert tape into TV
3. Get downed while doing so
4. Be hooked on a Toba Landing hook
5. Be unhooked and healed
6. Be unable to do anything after attempting to heal, stuck in a healing animation

Explanation

Game is soft locked after being unhooked on Toba Landing versus Onryo. I was unhooked and healed but when I went to heal my teammate, I was locked in the healing animation without any healing happening. No inputs resulted in any action happening. Once downed and hooked again by the killer, I was then trapped in a state right before death where normally you get the match result screen, but that screen never came and I was forced to abandon.
