Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Custom game.
2. Add a killer and 2 survivors.
3. Equip plot twist on a survivor.
4. Load Match.
5. Hook survivor with plot twist equipped.
6. Have other survivor unhook plot twist survivor.
7. Activate plot twist.
8. Observe that the "Conspicuous Action" score event isn't triggered after trying to heal with plot twist.

Explanation

Plot twist doesn't count as a conspicuous action despite it being a self healing action. This is despite other actions such as self caring with the Self-Care perk or with a med kit counting as conspicuous actions. This is a clear oversight.
