1. I’m not sure how to reproduce

Explanation

I was playing as the oni,and after I had secured 3 concurrent hook stages I went for the last player,I had freinds till the end on so she screamed and I went to the locker she was at.I opened it, no survivor but when I looked behind the locker she was there,just standing.
