Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Lich in the Killer screen
2. Notice how none of his lobby voicelines are playing
3. Switch to other killers who have lobby voicelines
4. Notice how their lines are playing correctly
5. Go do something else in-game
6. Notice how suddenly, Lich's lobby voicelines are heard

Explanation

The Lich's lobby voicelines are bugged, where they either don't play at all or extremely delayed, causing them to show up when you don't even have him selected.

As I was preparing for another bug report, I noticed that while having the Miss Fuchi skin for Artist selected, I actually got a Lich lobby voiceline out of nowhere. What makes this even stranger is that I had actually CLOSED the game after playing some Lich matches, then came back later to gather material for the report.
