Explanation

I've had a problem that has made my game literally unplayable for weeks, and I can't find a solution: when playing as a survivor, my forward movement speed is sometimes normal, but then suddenly my character slows down and runs in slow motion. I tried remapping my keys, thinking the issue was with my "W" key, but that wasn't it; I uninstalled everything—nothing worked—and I even plugged in a controller—STILL NOTHING.
I'm at my wit's end; I even run into this problem occasionally when playing as the killer.
I'm sending a clip to demonstrate the issue.
