Explanation
Hello, I’d like to talk about the issues regarding Reduced Bloodlust and Shift Tech for the game developers. I want to know whether Shift Tech is considered a bug or a tactic because from my perspective, I see it as a bug.
Shift Tech refers to a situation where survivors can vault the same window more than three times (normally, after three vaults, the Entity should block the window).
As for the Bloodlust issue, normally Bloodlust starts counting after a chase begins (when the chase music starts). However, the chase music only plays when the survivor starts running. Even if the killer has already spotted the survivor, if the survivor does not run, the chase music will not start, and Bloodlust will not begin counting.
What survivors do is this: they walk when they are in the killer’s POV, and run when they are not in the killer’s POV. This can be done regardless of whether the chase music has started or not.
This tactic is widely used, especially in tournament play, and it seems to have existed for many years. I don’t know whether the developers are aware of this. I’m not sure if it is intentional design or simply something that was never reported before. Personally, I see it as a bug.

Both Shift Tech and Reduce Bloodlust are widely used among survivor players. I would like the developers to take a look at these issues and determine whether they are bugs or not and, if possible, to consider addressing them. Because from my point of view, no matter how I look at it, these are bugs that should be fixed.
And I have a small question: what is the definition of a bug versus a tactic?
For me:
Bug: An error in the game. It doesn’t require practice to use, and everyone can access it. Saying that players “practice using a bug” to become stronger sounds ridiculous to me.
Tactic: Something that requires practice in order to be used effectively.
I don’t have a problem if Shift Tech is considered a tactic. But my question is: why is Blight Tech considered a bug? Even though it requires a lot of practice, and not every player can perform it.
Let me recap for those who don’t know:
In the past, The Blight had environments that were collision-enabled and others that were not. When Blight rushed into non-collidable environments, he would slide forward instead of bouncing. This led to a tech that players practiced and mastered.
With certain objects that caused sliding, Blight could lower his camera and slide along those environments to turn, allowing him to run in curves, turn around objects, or loop around circular structures.
Later on, The Blight was nerfed so that he could collide with all types of environments and objects. As a result, Blight Tech was completely removed.
