Additional Notes & Comments:	A similar perk is conviction where you can gain conviction back during the 30s but also doesn't remove the timer

Steps to Reproduce

1. heal a survivor to activate clean break
2. have a survivor start healing you and use clean break
3. heal a survivor while your timer is active
4. clean break will get rid of visual timer and show it as active however after they heal it will be deactivated
