Explanation
This may not be a bug in the strict sense, but rather an issue related to hitboxes and core game systems. I am not entirely sure whether this should be reported under Bug Reports or Feedback & Suggestions, but regardless, this problem has existed for over 6 years, and I am genuinely surprised that almost no one talks about it and that it has never been addressed.
The issue is survivors abusing object and environment hitboxes to loop The Twins (Victor).
Currently, Victor has a base movement speed of 6.0 m/s, but once he begins charging his pounce, his movement speed drops dramatically to 2.4 m/s. Because of this, Victor is unable to keep up with survivors who simply loop tightly around objects or environmental geometry.
Even when using add-ons such as:
Forest Stew: Increases Victor’s movement speed by +0.6 m/s
Madeleine’s Scarf: Increases Victor’s movement speed by +0.3 m/s
Toy Sword: Reduces pounce charge time by 0.1 seconds
…he might be able to catch up in some situations (and I emphasize might). I have not tested this extensively, but realistically, it still does not feel sufficient. And the question is: is it reasonable to expect Twins players to equip these add-ons in every single match just to function?

My own recorded example:
I sincerely hope this issue will eventually be addressed—whether through hitbox improvements, system adjustments, or a direct buff to the character.
Thank you.
