  1. Equip Serpent - Soot
  2. Equip The Beast - Soot
  3. Activate dissolution
  4. Survivor vault pallet
  5. Serpent - Soot activates

Explanation

Either the description of "The Serpent - Soot" is bugged. Or the effect is bugged

If Description: It doesn't specify speical pallet breaks but still works with them

If Effect: Its bugged to work with special breaks like Dissolution
