Spectator View Issues in Custom Killer Games

Actual Result:	Vast majority custom games will show that killer add-ons wont show
Expected Result:	killer add-ons wont show and the visual of the survivor thats the obsession wont show by 50-60% chance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make a lobby with 4 survivors, 1 spectator and a killer. play a couple games, a few, or in the first, and you will see that you will be seeing the following:
2. killer add-ons not showing on for the spectator of the game. (originally the killer add-ons show on the bottom left corner underneath hook and gen stats).
3. survivor obsession not showing the entire match, or in some cases first shows after the obsession gets in chase. (the survivor that's the obsession has the 'spider' legs around their icon).
4. create a custom game with 4 survivors, 1 killer, 1 spectator (or more) and load in games.

Explanation

I work for DBDLeague as a Match Official and have realised this bug has appeared for quite sometime now and nothing has been done about it.

The bug is what is being called: "Killer spec bugs". And the bug is exactly what's in the word. There's severe spectator bugs when you are spectating the killer in a 4 survivor and 1 killer lobby as a spectator or more spectators in that game itself.

-> SO THE BUG HAPPENS WHEN THERES A FULL LOBBY AND A SPECTATOR OR MORE IS 'SPECTATING' THE GAME.

The spectator of the game will not be seeing killer-addons at all.
The spectator wont see the survivor thats the obsession for the entire game, or when the obsession gets in a chase. (THE OBSESSION SHOWS RARELY)
