Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select the Lich, let his animation and/or voiceline play, select another Killer, and wait.
  2. He'll speak while waiting in the lobby despite the fact that he's not on screen.
  3. His subtitles even appeared for me in the middle of a Survivor match while I was queued up to play as him.

Explanation

The Lich's voice lines played while hovering over other characters in the menu.
