Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Dramaturgy
2. Recover from exhaustion
3. Attempt to use Dramaturgy
4. Nothing happens

Explanation

Dramaturgy does not activate. I have had this happen a few times across multiple matches, video attached shows the issue twice in the same match.

I am not exhausted, I am not injured, and the prompt to activate appears on screen, but pressing to activate does nothing; the UI disappears and reappears very briefly, however I don't get the effects and the prompt remains on screen.

It seems to occur right after recovering from exhaustion.
