Additional Notes & Comments:	ive been playing for a while and only had this bug accure twice from 30 matchs

Steps to Reproduce

1. load a game as leatherface
2. have more then 140 ping
3. chance for this bug to accure

Explanation

when playing as leatherface in chaos shuffle there is a chance that his power becomes bugged
when hitting a wall instead of getting stunned you can move around
his left charges while using his power dont show and the red line signaling how much is left from this one dash also dosent appear
and you become buggy teleporting around sometimes
