1. Play in chaos shuffle
2. seemingly a random chance

Explanation

No perks were in my loudout in chaos shuffle nor addons everything else worked perfectly and survivors had seemingly random perks which ensured to me i had not accidentally gotten onto normal mode, which i have perks loaded in for
