Steps to Reproduce

1. Play survivor against The Slasher
2. Have the killer hit you with a hook spike while healthy
3. start extracting the hook spike
4. notice on the survivor activity hud, there’s no visual indicator that the survivor is extracting the hook

Explanation

Extracting the hook spike from yourself on survivor against The Slasher Killer does not show on the Survivor Activity HUD.
