Explanation

Bone Chill quests ended earlier than intended. I was just finishing one final trial in order to complete 9 bone chill trials and unlock the heads for the Gabriel and Krasue bone chill cosmetics. When the trial finished, the bone chill quests had disappeared and the game stated there was still 45 minutes left of the event. I have now missed out on these cosmetics as the quests were ended early, I'd really appreciate if I could have these cosmetics added to my account as I think it's unfair the quests were removed early without prior warning. Please can you look into this? As you will see from my account I was one trial away from completing the 9 trials played quest which would have finished my quests completed for the heads of the cosmetics.
