Steps to Reproduce

1. I played a game of survivor
2. I was queued for killer
3. I came back
4. I canceled queue due to needing to take care of something

Explanation

So I played a game of survivor and when i came out, suddenly in normal I was locked out of my perks saying because of the event i could not modify them, even though i was in normal.
