Steps to Reproduce

1. Play with controller
2. Have toggle on
3. Play against Singularity
4. Attempt to use EMP

Explanation

I have the toggle option on in my settings. I also play on PS5 with a controler.

While playing against Singularity, I was unable to use the EMP. It charged with R2, the option "R2 CANCEL" came up while it charged. Once it charged, it changed to "R2 TRIGGER". I hit R2 and nothing happened. It seemed to have canceled as well. There are no other key binds attached to R2, other than use item.
