Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into Ormond Lake Mine
2. Go to shack
3. See if a pallet is there or not
4. Load into the map a few more times, if it appeared before.

Explanation

Ormond Lake Mike shack pallet doesn't always spawn.

In my experience, around 70% of games on the map don't have a pallet inside the shack. It's been an issue since Trickster's rework patch, at least, maybe earlier.
