The Onryō will speak aloud some of The Lich’s voicelines, even if The Lich was not previously selected.

Currently not sure whether this is an issue universal to the entire game, such as in standard Killer lobbies. I have only noticed this in custom games.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enter a custom game
- Select The Onryō (without selecting The Lich prior)
- Occasionally, a voice line from The Lich will play incorrectly.
Explanation
The Onryō, in custom games (though this is currently the only place I’ve noticed this) will sometimes speak The Lich’s voicelines.
