Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as The Nurse.
2. Load onto the map "Hawkins National Laboratory"
3. Lineup the blink like shown in the video and notice you can teleport in an unintended area

Explanation

Hello, I previously made a bug report showing out of bounds blink spots on hawkins, this is a new issue I've found that there is a closed from the top silo that you can blink into with no exit.
