Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip the new Pride Flashlight charm
2. Click on the magnifying glass to zoom in on it
3. Or check while it's equipped on any character
4. Notice that it's not giving off any light
5. Then do the same with the other flashlight charm
6. Notice how that is properly giving off light

Explanation

The new Pride flashlight charm is not emitting any light, despite the icon implying that it should. And with it being an Ascended-rarity charm, you'd expect it to have animation.

Compare this to the Entity-Covered Flashlight charm which is shining as it should.
