| Actual Result: |
Mangled recovery rate does not update properly when entering another survivor's Vigil area of effect or when Vigil's effect expires. The recovery rate is determined at the time the status effect is applied and never changes.
|
| Expected Result: |
Mangled recovery rate with Vigil updates when entering another survivor's Vigil area of effect or when Vigil's effect expires, consistent with how Vigil works with all other status effects modified by the perk.

| Additional Notes & Comments: |
If you are under the effect of another survivor's Vigil perk and gain Mangled from any source, the Mangled timer recovery rate does not update properly when entering the range of another survivor's Vigil or when the 15-second linger expires. If benefiting from Vigil at the time Mangled is applied, the increased recovery rate will continue to apply for the entire duration of the status effect even if Vigil's effect should have expired. At the same time, if Mangled is applied while not under Vigil's effect, entering Vigil's range of effect later will cause it to have no effect on that instance of Mangled. As far as I can tell, this is a Mangled-only issue and does not extend to any other status effects affected by Vigil. In the first video I gained Mangled while affected by the Yoichi bot's Vigil and then left the range, and Mangled continued ticking down at the faster rate while Hemorrhage properly returned to normal once Vigil expired, causing the status effects not to end at the same time. In the second video I did the opposite where I gained Mangled and then entered Vigil's range later, and Mangled continues ticking down at the normal rate instead of being increased like it should've been.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have another survivor equip Vigil (do not equip Vigil yourself)
- Be in their Vigil's area of effect
- Gain Mangled by any means
- Leave Vigil's area of effect and wait the 15 seconds for it to expire
- When Vigil's effect expires, Mangled will continue to deplete at Vigil's higher recovery rate instead of returning to normal speed. The easiest way to observe this is to use Sloppy Butcher and you will see that Mangled expires before Hemorrhage does which isn't right
- To gain the opposite result, gain Mangled by any means while not affected by Vigil and then enter Vigil's area of effect. In this case, Vigil will have no effect on that instance of Mangled. Again, you can use Sloppy Butcher and this time, Hemorrhage will expire before Mangled does. However, the bug can be reproduced with any source of Mangled in the game and is not specific to any particular perk/addon
Explanation
Mangled timer recovery rate does not increase or decrease properly when entering another survivor's Vigil's area of effect or when Vigil's effect expires
