Explanation
My Steam account is missing the exclusive limited 10th Anniversary Profile Banner. I have completed all event requirements to unlock this free reward, but the item never appeared in my banner inventory.
I have already done all standard troubleshooting:
✅ Restarted the game multiple times
✅ Logged out & re-logged into Steam
✅ Checked full banner inventory with “Owned” filter
✅ Switched servers to refresh inventory
✅ Repeatedly checked in-game mailbox
I have submittedthree separate support tickets with complete screenshot evidence (inventory proof, BHVR account binding, Cloud ID verification). Unfortunately, I have gotten no response or update at all after a long waiting period.
Since this is a time-limited permanent exclusive banner, I’m afraid I will lose this reward forever without official intervention.
Could staff please help escalate my ticket and restore the missing 10th Anniversary banner to my account?
