I've linked a video showcasing the bug on two tiles, and from survivor perspective. The skin used in the video does not affect the outcome.

Steps to Reproduce
- Select The Blight
- Select any map
- Rush into a wall, or to the edge of a tile as if performing a flick
- Hold the M1 button, as you would do for an attack during Rush
Explanation
The Blight can't hit survivors using Lethal Rush after touching hitboxes
