Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to log into the game (PTB)
2. Error 8024 is shown
3. Restart the PC
4. Restart Steam with admin rights
5. Run Steam's files integrity check
6. Verify that everything seems alright
7. Still unable to log into the PTB

Explanation

error 8024, cannot log into the ptb, says that i have connection problems
