Multiple Hawkins Lab visual elements (lights, indicators, console buttons, and cloth physics) are not functioning or aligned correctly, with missing blinking animations, incorrect brightness, static lighting states, misaligned fixtures, and unstable cloth behavior.

Explanation
Hawkins Lab Visual Issues
Those issues have been in game since the map was re-added.
(issues are bothe present in the ptb and the live version)
(attached videos are from before the map was removed to explain the issues)
- the exit gate's red lights are not blinking as they were before, now just static.
- the floor level, ceiling lights are also not blinking to show that a gen is completed or not.
- the portal room ceiling lights also have the same issue, not blinking showing that a gen is complete. (the celing lights have to blink exactly like the ones from the main floor, upon repairing the specific gen the lights fliker for 1 sec after that they go off)
- buttons on the consoles are not blinking corectly like in the video. they are bright and bareley noticebale.
- misaligned lights at the drophole and portal room.
- rat cage cloth from the upper level floor has weird physics.
