Steps to Reproduce

1. Load up badham map
2. go to the boiler room
3. see that the hook has not spawned there if basement is in shack

Explanation

Hook does not spawn in Badham boiler room if basement is in shack even though the patch notes state that this has been fixed as of Patch 2.5.0
