Steps to Reproduce

1. Have someone play Billy
2. let them start their chainsaw sprint far away
3. get sniped by him because the chainsaw sprint was silent

Explanation

Maybe I'm tripping, but you are supposed to hear Hillbilly's chainsaw while he sprints, no?
I got "sniped" by a billy at the start of the match. I heared his terrorradius, but no chainsaw. Until he was suddenly there and downed me. No, he didn't have the silent chainsaw addon. And even if, I was in terror radius.

When you listen closely, you can hear the chainsaw revving in the distance (I didn't hear it at that point, it was very quiet, I only realized it's billy when I heard the terror radius). But then nothing anymore. The chainsaw was silent until he hit me with it.
