Explanation
Lee Yun-Jin's “One Who Looked Away” head piece, along with all of its recolors from the Songs of Betrayal outfit introduced with the Reverence Rift, has had a hair physics issue since its release.
Overall, the hair physics on the head piece work quite well, but there is a specific section of hair on Yun-Jin’s right shoulder that consistently breaks whenever she performs animations. This appears to be related to the weight painting or physics assigned to that particular section of the hair.
The issue affects both the original head piece and all of its recolors. I am attaching screenshots showcasing the affected area.
Since the rest of the hair already has good physics, this seems to be an issue isolated to this particular section, so the entire hair does not need to be adjusted or reworked.
Please consider fixing this issue, as it has been present since release and affects paid cosmetic content.
