Equip Haddie's "Under Moonlight" Head Cosmetic

Explanation

Haddie Kaur's "Flower Of Life" cosmetic features a lace choker, however the choker is attached to the headpiece instead of the torso. This causes the choker to conflict when mixing with other torso cosmetics or for the choker to not be present when mixing with other headpieces. Attaching the chokers to the torso cosmetics rather than the head cosmetics would alleviate these issues.
