Additional Notes & Comments:	I think it most frequently occurs when playing against a Dark Lord, it will still happen in trials he is not

Steps to Reproduce

1. play 2v8
2. enter chase, go down
3. get picked up listen to the first scream
4. enter cage and listen to second scream

Explanation

In game mode 2v8 whenever a survivor is downed and while they're being hooked they produce an extra scream as the entity takes them, its happened in 80% of my games.
