Steps to Reproduce

1. get on 2v8 surv queue (normal q too maybe?)
2. find a lobby
3. hit ready and unhit it
4. wait the queue 10 second cooldown
5. someone leaves from lobby (important)
6. button grayed out (both on missing surv(?) and the rest of 60 seconds)

Explanation

2v8 ready button bug it grayed out, had to wait 60 seconds for it, reprodue it
