Steps to Reproduce

1. Play survivor 2v8
2. Get exposed status effect randomly
3. Get hit while healthy
4. Go down immediately.

Explanation

Playing 2v8 last night as a survivor and got the exposed status effect and went down on 1st hit while healthy along with multiple other players in the same matches. Here are some screenshots
