Actual Result:	The Survivor can easily prevent The Legion from vaulting over the pallet indefinetly
Expected Result:	The Legion's pallet vault takes priority and interrupts the Survivor

Additional Notes & Comments:	This was originally fixed shortly after the original release of Cursed Legacy, however with the introduction of The Ghoul this returned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Bring the perk Any Means Necessary into a match against The Legion
2. Drop a pallet in front of The Legion and begin picking it up
3. Observe that The Legion loses priority over vaulting the pallet and must wait until the Survivor picks it up

Explanation

The Legion cannot vault over a pallet that is being picked up by a Survivor using the perk Any Means Necessary.
